1: Does your inspector have over 35 years of experience in the building industry?.

2: Does your inspector personally write your reports?. CAUTION: Many cheaper alternatives are automatically generated by non qualified office personnel.

3: Will your inspector be willing to spend a minimum of 2 hours on site and a further 3 hours preparing the report together with photographs?. (This is the time an accurate inspection and report takes).

4: Is you inspector fully insured and licensed with a claim free record?.

5: Are you able to talk personally (post inspection) to the inspector regarding any concerns you may have?.

6: Does your inspector belong to a recognized industry association and needs to keep up with all the latest trends in the industry to maintain a "AAA" rating with that association?. (PPI Registry)

7:Is the report you receive going to be a minimum of 20 pages long with pictures and recommendations including a summary page listing all items of concern.
