Affordable Property Inspections - About Us
Affordable Property Inspections (Lic No 2016) has been formed to provide a reasonable cost property inspection service by a licensed building company that is based at Hornsby on Sydney’s North Shore.
My name is Paul White, Licensed Building Consultant (Lic No 2014) and I am a qualified Building Superviser (Lic. NO Q9129) for a small reputable building company named Belrose Constructions Pty Ltd (Lic No 17325). I have been the CEO of this successful building company in excess of 30 years.
Advertising has never been necessary because of the company’s exemplary reputation which has been recommended through “word of mouth” by satisfied clients
I started my career as an apprentice carpenter, working for a small building business where the owner was a “jack of all trades”. From his vast experience, he taught me valuable work ethics, professionalism, integrity, building codes and above all, how to listen to clients.
After working in this environment for approx 13 years, I took over my father’s business when he retired. After a short time, I expanded this business from a property subdivision business to a fully licensed building business.
I have gained experience in all facets of the building trade, doing everything from building new houses to simply hanging a door. But my main aspirations have been in the alterations and additions area of the building trade, where I have completed jobs valued at many hundreds of thousands of dollars.
After being approached by clients, family and friends to inspect houses and units over the years that they have intended to purchase, I have decided to share my knowledge and experience and do inspections full time.
Although at Affordable Property Inspections we are licensed builders, we will not seek to obtain work on properties that have been inspected by us. We can, however, give estimates on the cost of repairs (subject to the report conditions) and if approached, can do repairs (subject to a successful quote or on an agreed hourly rate basis).
We are not affiliated to, or receive payments/kickbacks from any real estate agents, financial institutions, solicitors or any other interested parties.
