Affordable Property Inspections - Home

Affordable Property Inspections will provide you with a comprehensive written report that complies with Australian Standards AS4349.1-2007 produced on an Ultra Mobile PC. This PC, and the software it contains, ensures we don´t miss any part of the building. The report will be generated when we are onsite and may contain digital photos to better explain the defects, if any.

The digital photos and conclusions are added in the office and if you have a fax machine or e-mail address, you can receive the report the following day, or we can also e-mail it to your solicitor, upon request.

The master copy and invoice will be mailed within two days.

We are happy to discuss the findings of the report with you, the client. However, the report will always remain confidential and we will not discuss the report with any other parties without your written approval.
